It kind of felt like both boots were meant for the same foot, but I complained about this issue and they sent me a replacement. The boots still felt the same. They are very cute and stylish for what I needed them for, but just slightly uncomfortable at first.Fit as expected and was decently comfortable. I’m not used to wearing heels and they great for me.The front of the shoe has a lot more room then expected. The heel is also pretty tall. I still highly enjoy these shoes and will keep wearing them.I really love this shoe. I have a super wide foot so I always order a size up. The quality of this shoe is really nice and the shape of the heel is amazing & I had been searching for a true dark chocolate, affordable ankle boot for a minute and these are perfect for me!! Unfortunately in the last year I’ve had a lot of health issues pertaining to my knees & ankles and I can’t walk in heels anymore; I wasn’t aware of that until I tried walking in these & I use to walk in heels as if they were flats!! I truly am heartbroken. I can’t enjoy this item but I’m sure you guys can! Get em!! It’s a truly nice pair of shoes.I stopped wearing high heels of any sort due to gaining a whole bunch of weight and due to the weight my knees couldn’t handle it. I have since lost 42 pounds. I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of cute booties that had a fat heel. I came across these and I am so glad I bought them. I have wide feet and my feet fit in them perfectly. They are not tight on my calves. They do not rub when you walk in them. I highly recommend these.I bought these in both the black and brown color for work. I love them! They are slightly high and was scared they wouldn’t be comfortable but I wear them all day at work (desk job) and no issues! I wear a size 6.5 and I bought a 6.5 and have no sizing complaints. I bought them for $30 but I’ve seen the price for as low as $20!! That’s a crazy good price for these boots. Highly recommend!I am redoing my previous review regarding the mislabeled boots resulting in me being sent the wrong color twice.The customer service is really wonderful and replied quickly to solve the issue. The boots are true to size (I am a size 9) and are really cute! My only issue before was being sent the incorrect color twice. However, customer contacted me after my written review and corrected the mislabel error of the boots and resolved my issue with ease.Due to the spectacular customer service they get 5 stars in my book. Definitely would recommend!!!Love these boots! Im usually a 10 or an 11 just depends on the brand. But I went with an 11 and they fit great! Absolutely love! I’m totally getting all the 90’s vibes from these! I do wish the heel was just half and inch shorter. But still a great boot! And I seen some reviews say that they didn’t get the correct color, but mine came in the right color.Me gusto muchísimo el producto, llego en tiempo.
